How do I capture leads from website?

In order to collect leads from your website,  your website should be built on  WordPress platform. Apptivo CRM  is closely integrated with WordPress. Therefore, you can download a plugin from your CMS(Content Management System), and build your "Contact Us" form.
  You should create some static fields such as last name which is a mandatory field, first name, address, email etc in the Leads App.

You can also create your own attributes on the form. However, they should be matched with the attributes within the Apptivo Leads App. 

Lets walk you through the steps.

Edit fields from wordpress

  1. You can choose the fields thats is to be displayed in Contacts Us form.
  2. Enable fields, display order and type that you would like to display in Contact Us form.
  3. When the user submits information through Contact Us form, you will also receive email notification. The sample contact us form is shown in the image below:

You will receive email notification, if the user submits the information through "Contact Us" form as shown in the image below:

For instance: Here, the lead source "Web Site" is a default lead source in word press (Note: You create your own custom lead source).
Contact form fields
You need to enter your email address in "Notify Email id" of particular lead source "Web Site" in Leads app. Go to leads app -> Settings -> lead sources.

View leads collected from website

When people contact you through web forms/contact forms on your website they are captured as leads in Leads App. The values passed to the specific fields will be carried into App, To view their information use the following steps:

  1. Log in and access Leads App from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. You will see the Leads dashboard with news feed.
  3. You can view the lead information collected from website as shown in the image below:
  4. The lead notes will also be updated with the IP captured.
