Setup Steps:
- Go to App Store and add the Loyalty Management app under the Marketing category.
- From the new header pick the Loyalty management app by selecting the More → Marketing → Loyalty management app.
Creating Loyalty Program:
- To set up a loyalty program, create Events with points and certificates by using the New button from the loyalty home page.
- Enter Program name, code, and point name.
- Click on the Add button from the Loyalty events and points section. It opens a pop-up that contains 8 pre-defined events. Select a suitable event.
- Check the “Enable for certificate” checkbox to add the certificate. By clicking on Add Button a pop will appear to create the certificate.
- Starting Number is used to generate the certificate number.
Note: Based on awards point’s number of certificates will generate.
