How do I Create a New Patent?

A Patent is a form of right provided to an inventor or applicant to prevent others from making, using, selling, or disturbing the patented invention without permission. You can also keep control over your intellectual property.

Steps to Create a Patent

1. Log in and access Patents App from your universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “Create Patent” from the left navigation panel.
   
    
3. You can view "Create Patent" page, in which provide information:
   • Title
   • Patent Type
   • Status
   • Geographical Scope
   • Item
   • Assigned To
   • Description and Operation of Invention
     
     
4. Click on “Create” button to finish.
