How do I Create Segments in Customers App?

Customer Settings
  • Select the Customers dropdown and click Market & Segments from the left navigation panel.

  • Click on the Add Segment button in the segment information dashboard.
  • Now add segment popup emerges, in which provide the name of the segment.
Add Segment

  • Click on the Create button to complete.
  • The created segment for the market will be highlighted with a gray-colored dialog box.
Segment Created

  • You can click on Add Segment to add more than one segment for a market. The created segment will come into view in the Segments dropdown while choosing the Market in the Create Customer Page.
