How do I Add Contacts from Contacts App Into a Target List?

You can move your contacts to the target list, for the sales team to look into the same. You can add contacts to the target list in Apptivo Contacts App in two ways.

• Access Targets App

• Access Contacts App

You can also add bulk contacts to a target list. Here are the steps to transfer contacts to the target list.

This feature is available for all users with Premium and Ultimate plans.

Access Contacts app:

• Log in and access the Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.

• Select the contacts to be added to the target list using the check box or you can also select contacts based on specific criteria by using the advanced search and add them to the list.

• Here, I want to include all the contacts in the target list whose contact type is E-commerce User.

• Once the result is up, select the contacts. And click on the Bulk Actions button and select the Add To Target List option.

• Select the Target list from a predefined list using the dropdown.

• Click on the Save button to save successfully.

• You can view the added contacts in the Targets App as shown in the image below:

• Now you are all set to use this target list to announce the campaign for your business!
