How do I void a sales receipt?

- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Sales Receipts App.
 |
- In the Sales Receipts App, select More Details on the Sales Receipt that has to be voided.
 |
- From the Overview page of the Sales Receipt, select Void.
 |
- A warning popup will come into view. Select Yes to proceed.
 |
- You will be notified that the Sales Receipt is voided.
 |
- Simultaneously, the Sales Receipt is removed from the Show All page of the Sales Receipts App.
