How do I create sub-folder in documents?

Steps to Create Sub-Folder in Documents

  1. Log in and access Documents App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "My Documents" from left navigation panel.
  3. You can view all your folders and files in "My Documents".
  4. Click on "Sub-Folder" icon.
  5. Provide a name for the sub folder. 
     
  6. Click “Create” to create the new sub folder.
     

Why can’t I see subfolder icon?

You cannot view the sub folder icon for the documents; it will be visible only to folders. The parent folder can hold the sub folder; these folders will have the action icon of subfolder.
