Why can't I view "Import Employees" pop up when I signed up the account?

In order to import users or employees you need to enable API access in Google security settings and also "Grant Access" in Apptivo apps (Marketplaces apps) setting.

  1. Once you've installed Apptivo apps, you can view "Launch App" and "Manage App" buttons.
  2. Click on "Manage App" button to manage the domain settings.
  3. You can view "Admin Console" page in your Gmail account as shown in the image below:
  4. Click on "Security" setting to configure API reference.
  5. Click on "API reference" and enable API Access check box to import employees.
  6. Now again go to Apps -> Marketplaces -> Select Apptivo / Apptivo Contact to grant access.

Note: If you either disable API access or revoke Apptivo Apps access, you'll receive an error pop up when you importing employees.
