Are we going to lose any data created by 'End Employment' user?

App will not lead to any data loss, if you terminate an employee from your business account.

Employers have a basic right to terminate employment of an employee, but the responsibilities (such as if an event scheduled by an employee, employee assigned to main project or task etc.) of a particular employee can be transferred to another employee.
This will not lead to data loss. The responsibilities will be escalated to new employee and he will perform on it.
