How to Ship an Order?

To Ship an Order, you need to "Pick Release" it. Once an order is Pick Released, then the order is ready to be shipped.

Steps to Ship an Order

  • Log in and access the Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar. Select an order that you would like to Ship.
Pick Release

  • Click on Pick Release and you will be notified the order is pick released.

  • Now scroll to the bottom of the order and you will see the Shipment Information. Click on the Shipment Number link.

  • You will be redirected into the Shipping App where you can view the shipment order. Click on "Pick" to signify the package is ready for shipment.

  • Enter the serial number of the product in the Pick Order Statement. Click on the Save button.

  • Now on the Overview page, you can view the Ship option. Click on the Ship button to ship the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, you can view it under Shipped Orders.
  • You can view it from the side menu. Go to By Order Status → Shipped Orders. You can see the shipped orders on the right pane.
