How to setup reminders for a Task?

Apptivo allows you to set up reminders for Tasks. Reminders help you to get an alert popup within Apptivo that can remind you about upcoming tasks that you need to complete. You can add Email and Popup reminders to your tasks. Let’s go through the steps to set up reminders for a Task.

Steps to configure

  • Log in to your Apptivo account.
  • Click on the Tasks from the left navigation panel.

  • Click on the Create button to create a task.

  • On the Create Task page, scroll down to view the Additional Information.
  • Click on the Add Reminder hyperlink.
  • You can view the dropdown with the Pop-up and Email options.

  • You can add multiple reminders.
  • Select both the Pop-up and Email options.
  • Then, select the reminder duration time, the reminder popup can have more than one form with minutes, hours, days, and weeks.
  • Click on the Create button to create the task.

  • You will get a Pop-up reminder for the task you created.

  • Similarly, the Assigned To employees will get the Email reminder in their inbox.
