How do my employee view all sub ordinates activities?

By default all you activities like tasks, call logs, events and emails will be hidden from your other users. This means that if you are the super user you can view all employees activity but your other users or employees cannot view activity performed by you or their subordinates. If you want to show those activities to your employees or users, follow the steps given below:
Steps to View All Activities
- Log in to your account and click on your name located at the top right corner of the header bar.
- You can view following options:
- Click on “Business Settings” from the drop down list.
- Click on “Collaboration Security” from left navigation panel. You can view the respected attributes at the right side.
- You can view following global activities:
- Enable “Show all Collaboration Objects to everyone” option to view all collaboration settings, if needed.
