How can I Give Permissions to Users to Enable the Terminated Employees?

Employees App allows you to provide access to the users who are reputed to enable the terminated employee in Employees App. The users who have privilege for enable the terminated employee are able to access "Enable" button found in the overview page of terminated employees in Employees App.

For instance: if a super user (Katie, Dustin) wants to give privilege to his employee (James William) for enabling the terminated employee, then he will do the upcoming steps.

Steps to Give Permission to the Users for Enable the Terminated Employees

1. Log in and access Employees App from your universal navigation menu bar.
   
2. Click on “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on “Actions” from security drop down from left navigation panel.
4. Locate the “Enable terminated Employee” option and click on privileges drop down.
5. Click "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege drop down.
   
6. Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the “Enable terminated Employee” button.
7. Click on "Create" button.
   
8. After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

10. Now, employee James William has the privilege to Enable the terminate Employee. In James William login, Enable button will be visible in the terminated employee's overview page as shown in the image below:
