How do I View Employees with My Preferred Column Sets?

Customizing the Employees list layouts you can view the fields of your preferred choice in table format. In order to save your custom columns, your account requires the premium or enterprise plans. Employees List layouts are used for displaying client particular information according to your business requirements.

Steps to Customize Employees List Layouts:

  1. Log in and access Employees App from your universal navigation menu bar.

  2. Click on “More” icon and select Settings located at the app header bar.

  3. Select “List Layout ” under "Customize App" drop down located at the left navigation panel.
  4. The new column set can be added using “Create” button.
  5. Click on it and customize the column set with your preferred fields. Choose fields from “Display” drop down. For instance: We have added “phone_Home_number” column from Contact Information.

  6. The fields or columns can be removed from the Employees list layouts by unchecking the field from selection, if needed as shown in the image below:

  7. Now, that the preferred column set has been created, follow the steps below to view Employees by list layouts.

View Employees by List Layouts

  1. After customization, go to Employees app dashboard.
  2. Click on Show All from left navigation panel.
  3. Click on Display drop down, and select Employees Details. You can view the result as shown in the image below:
