How do I Allow My Users to Perform Bulk Actions into Expense Reports?

Expense Reports App allows you to provide access to the users who are deputed to view Bulk action in Expense Reports App. The users who have privilege for bulk action are able to access "Bulk action" option in Expense Reports App.

For instance: If a superuser (Katie Dustin) wants to give privilege for access bulk action to an employee (James William), then she will follow steps given below.

Steps to Give User Permission to Perform Bulk Actions into Employees

  1. Log in and access Expense Reports App from your universal navigation menu bar.

  2. Click on “Settingssettings icon from "More" more icon icon located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Actions” from security drop down from left navigation panel.
  4. Locate the “Bulk Action” option and click on privileges drop down.
  5. Click "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege drop down.

  6. Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the “Bulk Action” option.
  7. Click on "Create" button.

  8. After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

  10. Now, employee James William has the privilege to perform bulk actions in Expense Reports. In James William login, the “Bulk Actions” drop down will be visible as shown in the image below:
