How to Export Leads to CSV file?

CSV stands for Comma Separated Values. CSV file format stores data in table format such as database or spreadsheet. Files from Leads App, and other CRM Apps can be exported to a CSV format file.

Initially, if you wanted to export data from Apptivo Leads app, you have to either send them to your inbox and then manage them manually. Now you have the option of exporting your leads to a CSV file with a few mouse clicks.

Even if there is an outage in your in-house email server, all you need to do is download the leads data into a spreadsheet. This will ensure that you do not miss out on any opportunity.

Steps to Export Leads to CSV File

  1. Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select "Lists" drop down. Click on "Show All" from left navigation panel.
  3. Select leads you would like to export.

  4. If you want to export the leads with current viewing fields, click on "Bulk Actions" -> "Export" -> ".csv" -> "Current View".

  6. If you want to export the leads with all fields, click on "Bulk Actions" -> "Export" -> ".csv" -> "All fields".
