You can't access the Apptivo Mobile Help Desk Version 6.0.2 and above.

You can’t access the Apptivo Mobile Help Desk App from android version 4.3 and lower. If you want to access 4.3 or lower versions, please update the below APK file into your Android devices. When you update this APK, you won't get the up-to-date Apptivo Help Desk features.

If you want to get up-to-date Apptivo features, you must use Android version 4.4 and above.
