How to Enable Email Notifications to the Case Assignees in the Cases App?

This setting allows to enable the email notification whenever the case is assigned.
You can receive the Email Notifications in four cases:
- Case Creation
- Case Updation
- Case Assigned
- Note Created
For instance: When a case is assigned to an employee, it can be notified. For this to happen he must enable the email notifications in the Cases App.
Before enabling the cases assign notifications, you will need to create email template which will be automatically sent by the system.
Steps to Enable Email Notification
- Go to Cases App from the app header bar.
- Click on “More(...)” icon -> “Settings”.
- Select “General -> Email Notifications” from the left navigation panel and choose “Case Assigned”.
- Enable the toggle “Enable Email Notifications” at the right side and click on “Create” button.
- Enter the notification name, description, select the suitable template and mention the respective Employee’s email.
- Now, assign the case and the employee will receive an automated notification.
