The Kit Orders App of Apptivo allows you to customize the default app shown in the 360-degree view tab of a kit order. This helps to easily manage the associated records easily from other applications.
Steps to set up the default app
- In the Kit Orders App, select the Settings icon from the App Header.
- Navigate to Customize App → Views in the left panel of the Settings page. The Views page will appear. Here, go to the Default 360 App section.
- Click on it. In the dropdown, you can select any app listed here as the default app.
- Here, the Invoices App is chosen. The changes are saved automatically.
- Go to the Overview page of any kit order.
- Switch to the 360 - degree tab. You can see the default app is the Invoices App.
