How do I Align the Label and Values in the Estimates PDF?

The customization of the Estimates PDF Templates involves the feature of aligning the estimated attributes and its values according to your business requirements. If the attributes are not aligned properly, the PDF will lose the look of professionalism.

For instance: Consider the following scenario where, in the Estimates line level, the label “Tax Code” and its value are not aligned properly. In that case, go through the following steps to get it aligned as per your requirements.

Steps to Align the Label and Values in Estimates PDF

• Log in and go to the Estimates App.
• Click on "More (...)" icon -> "Settings” -> “Customize App” -> “Print/Web Layouts”.

• Click on “View Template (...)” corresponding to the template you would like to align with. You will now be directed to the template edit page.
• Scroll down till you reach the “Product/Items Sold” table section.

• Click on the “Tax Code” attribute. From the “Inspector” tab, you can change the Label and Value alignment.

• Once done, click on “Save”.
• By clicking on the “Preview” button, you can now view the template preview.
