How do I allow users to create opportunities?

Opportunities app allows you to keep track of sales and also keep your strategies organized to close more deals. The opportunity is the second phase of the sales stage, being converted from a lead, and can be further converted according to the business purpose.

Steps to allow users to create opportunities

  • Log in and access the Opportunities app found under "CRM Category" from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
  • Select the “More” icon and select “Settings” found at the App header bar.

  • Click on “Actions” from the “Security” dropdown present in the left navigation panel.

  • Locate the “Create” option in the Apps section and click on the Privilege dropdown.
  • You can either choose an existing privilege or click the "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the Privilege dropdown to create a new privilege and assign it to employees. Here, we are creating a new privilege.

  • The Create Privilege popup appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add to the Create option.
  • Click on the "Create" button.
