How do I Restrict my Employees to Generate Reports in the Orders App?

One of the effective features in the Orders App is that, an admin can restrict his/her employees from performing certain actions which are of admin oriented.

For instance: Consider the scenario where you are the super user (admin). And you do not want your employees to generate reports. In that case, the report generation can be restricted to your employees. To do so, go through the steps explained below:

Steps to Restrict Employees to Generate Reports

  1. Go to the Orders App.
  2. Click on “More (...)” icon -> “Settings” -> “General” -> “Reports”.

  3. In the Reports dashboard, click on the “Create Privilege” from the “Privilege” drop down.

  4. The Create Privilege pop up will now be displayed. Enter the “Name” and “Description” and click on “Create”.

  5. The privilege will now be successfully added.

  6. Now the employees under you cannot generate reports, as the reports icon will be hidden as shown in the image below:
