How do I Customize Notes to Customer in Sales Receipts App?

Notes to customers in Sales Receipt App acts as a thanking note to customers regarding the purchase of the products or services, to get feedback from the customer by providing the business mail-in notes.

Steps to Customize Notes to Customer

  • Login and access the Sales Receipts app from the Universal menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and selects the Settings.

  • In the Settings page, click on the Sales Receipts and selects Notes To Customer.
  • Notes to Customer page will be viewed. There will be a default note in the Sales Receipts App.
Settings

  • You can view the edit icon when you hover the cursor on the notes section.
  • You can modify or update the notes according to your idea and requirements by clicking on the Edit icon.
Notes To customer

  • Once the modification is done, click on the Update button to update the notes.
Update

  • Now, go to the Sales Receipts Create page, you can view the Modified notes.
