While creating Orders, the items can be included in the following two ways:
- Search and Select Existing Items
- Creating new Items
Search and Select the Existing Items
- Go to the Create an Order.
- Scroll down to view the Products/Items section, click on the Search icon.
- The Items - Search and Select pop-up will be displayed with the list of items that are already created.
- Select the desired item and click on the Select button.
- The selected item will get added to the item table.
- Finally, click on Create to create the order.
Creating new Items
- In the Products/Items section, click on the Add (+) icon.
- The Create Item side panel will be displayed, where you will have to enter the details of the item you want to create and select the Save button.
- The Item will get created and added to the table.
- Then, click on the Create to create the order.
