Integration with Projects

Create and manage projects in Projects App, the projects can be partially invoiced and sent to customer. Whenever the invoice is created against the project, you can view the associated invoice in that particular project automatically.

Integration with Opportunities

If an opportunity is won, you may convert it to an invoice, the services and line items that are included in an opportunity are added to an invoice during conversion. The shared data includes customer or user information, product price and discounts, total costs and tax.

Integration with Estimates

If a quote or estimate is approved by customer, you may convert it to an invoice, the services and line items that are included in an estimate are added to an invoice during conversion. The shared data includes customer information, product price and discounts, total costs and tax.

Integration with Orders

If an order is turned to “Shipped”, you may create invoice for that order, the line items that are included in an order are added to an invoice during conversion. The shared data includes customer information, product price and discounts, total costs and tax.

Integration with Work Orders

If a problem reported by customer related to item or some other service is resolved by an employee, you may invoice to that customer. At once he approves the work order, you may convert it to an invoice, the services and line items that are included in an estimate are added to an invoice during conversion. The shared data includes customer information, product price and discounts, total costs and tax. (Tip: You can also generate an invoice for more than Work orders for same customer).

Integration with Timesheets

If an employee logs hours in the timesheet for customer project, you may convert it to invoice inorder to generate an invoice to the customer. The services included in timesheet are added to an invoice during conversion. The shared data includes customer or user information, timesheet tasks and hours, total costs and tax. (Tip: You can also generate an invoice for more than timesheet for same customer).
