QuickStart Setup

An informal package of two 90-minute sessions spent with an Apptivo expert. The goal of this session is to work with you and configure the account, while training you how to modify the system for yourself moving forward.

There is no specific goals or end-point of these sessions, it's simply 100% dedicated time with an expert to use as desired. Recommended for companies with < 10 users, or for tech-savvy admins who just need a jump start. Select this option if you want to perform most of the setup & training yourself, but want to get assistance from an expert to start the process.

Custom Implementation

The Apptivo services team will help design, configure, and deploy your complete Apptivo solution from end to end. We will work with your team to identify the optimal solution using Apptivo’s Apps, as as well integration any other systems you require. This will include the configuration of all fields, workflow, and reports inside of the system.

Our team can assist with migrating any data from existing systems or spreadsheets, including development of special import tools.

Our team can assist with integrating your website, or syncing with any other outside application using the Apptivo API.

Our team can provide complete training for your team via online sessions and/or on-site workshops. We will work with you to develop a complete training strategy for your team.

Basic CRM Setup

This service is perfect when you just wanted to get started with the core CRM product, and need some help getting started. Our services team will work with you to identify your high level CRM process, configure your account, import existing data, and provide basic training for your team.

This service only includes the configuration of the core CRM apps: Employees, Contacts, Customers, Leads, and Opportunities. We’ll spend some time with your team and analyze your existing processes & requirements, then configure your Apptivo account. During this process we will take any spreadsheets of customer data, and import them into the system for you

Once the configuration is completed our team will provide an initial 1 hour training online session to help your team get started, followed by another 1 hour training follow up session about a week after you start using the system.

Salesforce Migration

This service is designed to help existing Salesforce customers migrate over to Apptivo, and is very similar to the Basic CRM Setup service.

This service only includes the configuration of the core CRM apps: Employees, Contacts, Customers, Leads, and Opportunities. We’ll spend some time with your team and analyze your existing processes & requirements, then configure your Apptivo account. During this process we will analyze the fields, workflow, and data configured in Salesforce, and use our suite of tools to migrate over your complete history. This migration includes complete customer data, history, notes, emails, and documents.

Additional Training Packages

We offer a-la-carte training services in addition to any of the above setup packages. We do not provide general training services for companies that were not configured by the Apptivo services team.

Add-On Training

Add extra 1-hour training/configuration sessions to your setup services for $125 each (for more than 3, we'll build a custom quote).

On-Site Workshop - One Day

An Apptivo representative will travel on-site to your office, and work with your team to configure, optimize, and train your team. This workshop service differs from a classic training program. During this workshop the Apptivo rep will be ready & willing to configure fields, import data, work with users to optimize workflows, or just train users on the basics of the system. You are welcome to form an agenda for the day, or ask for guidance on how to best use the day.

Additionally, travel expenses will be paid by the customer.

On-Site Workshop - Half Day

  1. How are training & requirement sessions delivered?
    • All sessions will be delivered remotely via GoTo Meeting where you and your team can join. On-site services are available upon request.
  2. What exactly does each package include? Are they always flat-rate?
    • While we do our best to provide simple pricing, every business is unique! All prices below are assuming “Standard” business configurations. If you have any special processes or integrations, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
  3. Do I need to sign up for the yearly plan to receive services?
    • No, any customer can request services. Although if you are interested in signing up on the yearly plan, ask us about our current promotions!
  4. What if I am migrating from another provider that is not listed?
    • No problem, we can migrate from any provider. Simply contact us at sales@apptivo.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
  5. How does payment work?
    • All Apptivo licensing fees are paid from inside of your account, and any one-time service fees will be individually invoiced to initiate the project.
