Training will be delivered by an Apptivo representative or an Apptivo Authorized Partner.

QuickStart Setup

An informal package of two 90-minute sessions spent with an Apptivo expert. The goal of this session is to work with you and configure the account, while training you how to modify the system for yourself moving forward.

There is no specific goals or end-point of these sessions, it's simply 100% dedicated time with an expert to use as desired. Recommended for companies with <10 users, or for tech-savvy admins who just need a jump start.

Basic Setup & Training

Apptivo will work provide a team to assist with analyzing your existing systems & data, configuring your account, migrating your data, and then providing basic training on the system. This includes two initial analysis sessions to gather requirements, various check in points to verify the configuration along the way, leading into one formal training session to kick things off, and a follow up session to help guide users after their first week of usage.

This service will get your team started with a single solution (CRM, project management, etc).

Salesforce Migration

The Apptivo team will directly access your existing Salesforce account to migrate all configuration & data seamlessly for you. Once complete, we'll provide basic training to your team on the new system to help them get familiar. This service involves taking your existing processes and bringing them over, if you'd like any significant process changes, data manipulation, or integrations, we can provide an estimate on additional services. All one-time service fees are due up-front to begin the project.

Act Migration

The Apptivo team will directly access your existing Act database to migrate all configuration & data seamlessly for you. Once complete, we'll provide basic training to your team on the new system to help them get familiar. This service involves taking your existing processes and bringing them over, if you'd like any significant process changes, data manipulation, or integrations, we can provide an estimate on additional services. All one-time service fees are due up-front to begin the project.

Add-On Training

If you are interested in additional training to a basic setup package or migration, we can deliver additional 1-hour training sessions for $125 each. These sessions can only be purchased in addition to a basic setup or migration package.

  1. How are training & requirement sessions delivered?
    • All sessions will be delivered remotely via GoTo Meeting where you and your team can join. On-site services are available upon request.
  2. What exactly does each package include? Are they always flat-rate?
    • While we do our best to provide simple pricing, every business is unique! All prices below are assuming “Standard” business configurations. If you have any special processes or integrations, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
  3. Do I need to sign up for the yearly plan to receive services?
    • No, any customer can request services. Although if you are interested in signing up on the yearly plan, ask us about our current promotions!
  4. What if I am migrating from another provider that is not listed?
    • No problem, we can migrate from any provider. Simply contact us at sales@apptivo.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
  5. How does payment work?
    • All Apptivo licensing fees are paid from inside of your account, and any one-time service fees will be individually invoiced to initiate the project.
