How do I Manage My Account?

Manage Your Account

  1. Log in to your account and click on your name located at the top right corner of the header bar.

  2. Click on “Manage Your Account” from drop down list.
  3. You can view two views in Manage your account setting:

Plan History

Plan history displays following information:

  • Current plan – Current account plan.
  • Order Number - Invoice number.
  • Upgrade status – Upgraded status like success, failed or previous order cancelled.
  • Date - Last modified date.
  • Users – Number of users in your account.

User Directory

User directory shows the list of active users associated with your account.

  1. Click on “All” to view all active users or click on particular alphabet to view the employee appropriately.

  2. You can enable/disable user by clicking toggle On/Off button.
  3. Click on "Employee id or Employee name or Email" to view employee details.
