How to Handle Multiple Accounts?

Apptivo allows you to create only one account with an Email address. You can handle accounts in Apptivo using a single email address.

For Instance: Consider you are already using Apptivo for your business and you want to create another business using the same email address. You will be notified that an account already exists for the email address. Also, you will be prompted to log in using your existing password to continue.

Log In

Managing multiple businesses with a single account is feasible in Apptivo. You can have access to multiple businesses provided you are added as an Employee in another business.

Consider Caroline has her own account in Apptivo and her business is titled Flora Designs. Similarly, there is also Daniel who has his own account in Apptivo with his business titled Speed Drives. Now, Daniel is also a part of Caroline’s business. To have access to Caroline’s business, Caroline must add Daniel as an Employee with login access.

Employee Access

Now, Daniel is added as an Employee to Caroline’s Business. When Daniel logs into his Apptivo account, he will have an option to navigate to any of the two businesses.
