How can I Update Status of an Opportunity?

Opportunities App maintains the list of all potential business opportunities. You can also create an opportunity and also update the status of the opportunity as and when needed. Let’s go through the steps.

Steps to Update the Status of an Opportunity

• Log in and access the Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.

• Create a new opportunity or select an existing opportunity.

• Click the More Details(...) icon to overview opportunity information.

• You can view the Opportunities overview page with Opportunity Information.

• Click on the Sales Stage field and select your preferred sales stage from a predefined list.

• Click on the Save button to update the changes.

• All your changes will be updated with a confirmation message.
