How do I Customize Data Level access in Projects App?

Projects app helps to create and maintain projects provided by the clients. You can assign employees to keep track of all the projects. Also provide data level access for the employees with the projects.

Steps to Configure Data Level Access

  1. Log in and access Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.

  2. Click on "More"icon and select “Settingslocated at the app header bar.

  3. Click on "Access Level" from "Security" drop down located at the left navigation panel.

  4. You can view "Project Level Access" dashboard.
    • All - Everyone with access to the Projects App
    • Employees - Specific employees.

  5. Select the appropriate access you would like to give to the projects. 
  6. All changes will be updated automatically.
