How do I Schedule an Appointment for My Technician to resolve a service Work Order?

  • Scheduling of an Event can be done through the Calendar Tab of your Work Order. Billable tasks that are to be included in the invoices should be added to the tasks tab. Once you have created a new work order and added all the details, the next step is to click on the Calendar tab.

  • On the Calendar tab, click the "Create" button at the top right corner of the dashboard.

  • Now, you can assign this event to your technician. Select the date and time of the event, provide the location, and even set an email notification to remind your tech before the event starts.
  • On selecting create, a new event is created in the added technician’s calendar.
