What is a process for receiving and processing Orders from a Website?

  • Placing an order through the Website is quite simple.
  • The customer places his order. i.e. Products or services with payment options, like PayPal or Authorize.net for instant payments
  • PayPal allows customers to establish an account on its website, which is connected to a user's credit card or checking account.
  • After submission of an order on the website, it redirects to the PayPal sandbox. Check-in Apptivo, the details should be collected in the Orders app as “Created & Unpaid orders” Status.

  • After PayPal payment is done on-site, the same order should be collected in the Apptivo orders app as “Booked & Paid orders” status.
  • View the Booked order in Apptivo. Check the Order information. Check the account information. On clicking customer, it should redirect to the customer app. On clicking the contact link it should redirect to the contacts app.

  • For custom Payment options: Dwollo, BTC, and Bankwire Transfer are provided for making orders without payment.
  • When the order is placed by Dwollo or BTC or Bankwire Transfer, it will be shown on the “Created & Unpaid” Status of orders app.
  • After payment is completed, edit the order and provide the need-by date and change the status to book.
  • When the order is shipped for delivery, the status gets changed to “shipped” of the order app
