The importance of Role Based Access Control

1. You can control your employees’ access to all apps through role base access control. This gives you complete control over which apps your employees will be able to use and access. Apps can be accessed and controlled only with the roles configured by the admin who created the firm. Employees will only have access to specific apps that are assigned to them by the admin
2. For instance, in Timesheets, we have following managers, who have been provided with role based access control
   
   • Project Manager
   • Timesheet Report Manger
   • Timesheets Manager
   • “Super User” will have access to all apps, not just timesheets
3. Every user who is added to the Standard free plan will be added as a super user. They will have access to all apps with no control as to what they can use and see. Paid plans allow for role access control
