How do I Setup my Territory's Currency in Invoices App?

During the Sign Up process itself you will be asked to identify the country of operation. By default, all apps currency fields would be set in the country of your business.

However, if you have a global business where you reach out to International customers, then you need to set your application according to the currency of the country your customer resides.

By default, all actions will use the default currency of your territory. But Apptivo has multi-currency feature that allows you to interact with businesses in other regions by switching certain apps to use their currency. 

Configuring multi-currency is simple, and will be controlled through each app. Lets go through the following steps to understand better.

Steps for Invoices App Payment Settings

  1. Log in and click on business settings from your universal navigation panel.

  2. Click on "Currencies" located at the left navigation panel.
  3. In Currencies, enable "Multi currency" toggle.

  4. On enabling Multi currency, you can select the required currency from the drop down..
  5. Conversion is to be done manually according to the base currency we set.

  6. Currencies will be updated automatically.
  7. Go to Invoice home dashboard, create a new invoice.
  8. Select your preferred currency in the "Currency" field.

  9. You can select one type of currency per invoice. Each invoice can use a different type of currency.
