How do I View My Team Cases?

First, you need to customize "By Queue" views in Cases App Settings in order to show in left navigation panel of cases app home dashboard.

Steps to View My Team's Cases

"My teams" filter the created cases assigned to the team. If you were added in any of the team(s)  then you would view the team name(s) under my team. You could not find the team names if you were not in the team.

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "By Queue" and select "My Teams" from the left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “My Teams”, the menu will expand to show your teams.

  4. Click on "More Details" icon to overview case information.
  5. You can also delete a case or many cases by using the "Bulk Action" Option if needed.
