How do I View All My Employees Cases?

All My Employees

All my employees hold the cases assigned to your employees. From here you can filter your employee name and view the cases assigned to the particular employee.

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar. 
  2. Click on "By Queue" and select "All My Employees" from the left navigation panel.
  3. You would find all employees created cases, click on "More" icon to overview case information.

  4. If you want to filter the cases for a particular employee. Click on the drop down of the "All", all your employees would be listed.

  5. You can also "Delete" cases, if needed.

When do I find All My Employees under By Queue?

As the name itself reveals that All My Employees. So If you are the manager then you would find All My Employees menu under the By Queue. Here you can view all the cases assigned to your employees. If you are an employee this will not be applicable you can not view All My Employees  under By Queue menu .
