How do I View Work Orders Waiting for My Approval?

In the Work Orders App, if the work order is created and submitted by one of your employees then the work orders waiting for your approval will be stacked under Pending My Approval.

Steps to View Pending My Approval Work Orders

• Log in and access the Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located at the app header bar.

• In Work Orders → Approval, enable the toggle for "Enable WorkOrders Approvals" and set default work order approver as Employee Manager.

• Go to Work Orders home and click on "Pending My Approval" under "By Queue" present in the left navigation panel.
• You would find the Work Orders waiting for your approval under this tab.

• Click on the More Details icon to overview the Work Order.
