How do I Generate Opportunities by Customer/Contact in Opportunities App?

The following steps will guide you to generate the report of the opportunities in you have been assigned to. The report generated can also be saved in a CSV file for further analysis.

Steps to Generate Opportunities by Customer/Contact

Log in and access Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar. 
  1. Click on "Reports" icon located at the app header bar.

  2. Click on “Opportunities by Customer/Contact” from left navigation panel.
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Customer - Name of the customer.
    • Contact - Name of the contact
    • Start Date - Start date.
    • End Date - End date.
  1. Click on "View Report" to view the result in dashboard.
  2. Click on "Export" and select ".xls" to export the result in spreadsheet format.
