How do I generate activities report in customers app?

Activities report allows you to retrieve detail activities information about the selected app (or) generate a report from all apps. Activities such as follow up, task, call logs and appointments can be generated to view in a spreadsheet form. Let's go through the steps to view the activity reports

Steps to view All Activities Report

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "Reports" icon located at the app header bar.

  3. You can view "Sales Report" and "General Reports" in the left navigation panel.
  4. Click on "Activities Report" in "General Reports" in the left navigation panel.

  5. Provide the following information:
    • App - Select an app (or) "All" apps to view activities associated. For instance: All
    • Employees - Select an employee (or) "All" employees to view activity assigned to them. For instance: All
    • Customer - Select a customer (or) "All" customers to view their activities associated.
    • Activity Type - Choose an activity type (or) select "All" to view activities. For instance: All
    • Start Date - Start date.
    • End Date - End date.
    • Modified From 
    • Modified To

  1. Click on "View Report" button to view the report in the dashboard.

  2. Click on "Export" button to view the report in spreadsheet format.

  3. After selecting the "export" option you can see the spreadsheet with the report as shown in the example below.
