How do I create purchase orders?

Purchase orders are essential for the seller to know about the intention of the buyer. It will indicate the product/items, quantity, and agreed price for which the buyer makes an order to the supplier.

Steps to Create Purchase Orders

  • Log in and access the Purchase Order App from your universal navigation menu.
  • Click on the Create button on the left navigation bar.

  • In the Create page, fill on the mandatory and the basic information of the Purchase Orders.
  • You can view the auto-generated PO number.
  • Choose the date from the calendar picker in the Need by Date.
  • You can also customize the PO date by choosing the date from the calendar picker.

  • Add the supplier information.
  • To add the supplier, click on the search icon and select from the list.
  • You can also add the new supplier by clicking on the “+” icon.
Supplier inormation

  • By adding the supplier, the address information of the supplier will get auto-populated.
Address information

  • Provide product or item information.
  • Start typing in a field, the existing items get auto-populated. 
  • You can also add a new item by clicking on the “+" button.
Items Table

  • By selecting the items, the other item information will get auto-populated.
  • Then, click on the create button.

Create button

  • The Purchase Order will get created with the provided information.
