How do I view my follow ups in calendar View?

The Follow-up feature is an essential aspect of Apptivo CRM modules. This feature allows the user to keep track of future dates when you would need to perform an activity for a customer.

This Follow up could be a quick sales call or an email to check in on the project's status. All Follow Ups can be tracked in the home dashboard follow-ups. Followup can be viewed up to three types of views, you can customize and set the default view for your home dashboard as per your needs and requirements.

Note: The Super User/ Admin can set up the default home using Business Settings > General > Collaboration, whereas the Users/Employees can customize using Preferences > General > Collaboration.

Steps to Enable the calendar views:

  • Log in and access your Apptivo account. Go to User Menu and select Preferences.

  • Click on Collaboration from the left navigation panel. Click on Follow-ups > dropdown for more options as shown below.

  • You can view the options Calendar view, List view, and Table view.
    • Calendar View: The calendar view is the representation of the data in calendar format like in days, dates, and months.
    • Table View: The Table view is the representation of the data in table format where you will find the details of the followups in rows and columns.
    • List View: A list view is the representation of data in a list form where it categorizes the followups based on their status in different sections.
  • You can reorder the arrangement of views by using the three-dotted icon as shown below.

  • Click on the Calendar View drop-down and enable its toggle button to watch your follow-ups in the calendar view.
  • You can select calendar view as day, week, or month using the drop-down which will be set as the default view for the calendar.

  • Similarly, you can also set the calendar in Days or Weeks views which will be set as the default view for the follow-ups.

Note: You cannot hide all the views simultaneously at least one should be enabled.

View the Follow-ups in Calendar View:

You can view the Follow-ups dashboard in the Month view as shown in the image below:

  • Click on My FollowUps from the left navigation panel.
  • You can view all your scheduled follow-ups in the calendar view. Since, I have selected monthly calendar view. The Follow-up will be shown with the current month as shown below.

  • Use the Previous < and Next > icons to move to the previous and next months.

  • Click on the specific scheduled follow-up event to view the complete details.
  • You can view the scheduled follow-up for a customer as shown in the image below:

List View:

A list view is the representation of data in a list form where it categorizes the followups based on their status in different sections. For example, in the FollowUps, you can view three sections Today’s Followups, Overdue FollowUps, and Upcoming FollowUps.

  • Click on the Reschedule icon to reschedule the followup, Tick icon to mark the followup as completed and the Expand icon to view the overall followup details.
  • View More: By using the View More Followups dropdown, you can view all the available followups.

Table View:

  • The Table view is the representation of the data in table format where you will find the details of the followups in rows and columns.
  • Click on the More Details(...) icon to view the complete followup details.
  • Display dropdown: This lists out all the available list layouts in FollowUp. You can select any layout to display the required details.
  • Bulk Actions: Use the bulk actions to Export multiple folowups at a time.
