How do I add items of interest to opportunities?

Items of Interest” feature is designed for companies who are selling a physical product. This tab will allow you to add items from your product database that a lead/opportunity is interested in buying. This feature is useful because it helps to determine the potential value of an opportunity. Thus helping you prioritize your items better and make sure you focus on the right sales activities.

Let's go through the following steps.

Steps to View Items of Interest

To add an item of interest, you must first Create an Item using the Items App. Once you have an item in your product database, we can go the Opportunities App and view an opportunity.

  • Create an opportunity or select an Opportunity from the queue and click on it.
  • Now in the opportunity overview page click on “Items of Interest” tab.

  • Click on the “Add” button to add items.
  • Add item pop-up emerges, in which select or search and select the item and click on "Add" button.

  • You can view the selected items as a list in the Item of interest Tab.
