How do I convert a case to a work order?

Hi Ernie, You should start off by creating a case (either create case or email to case) with the technical issue specified by your customer and assign it to your employee.
You need to schedule an appointment with the technician to resolve the service work order.
As the case gets resolved by technician you need to get approval from the customer and then you can further move on to the next stage.
