What are App folders and Object folders?

Updated on September 25, 2015 05:12AM by Admin

App folders allow you to view all the documents associated with objects within an App. Each App Folder will have the name of that App.

For example, Leads App Folder will be called “Leads”. Within that folder, you will find a subfolder for each Lead that is referred to as the Object folder.

So, if you have a lead called “Potential deal for $100k”, then you will see a sub folder called “Potential deal for $100k” within the “ Leads” folder.

Documents you see in this folder are pretty much the same documents that are attached to the lead “Potential deal for $100k”, as shown in the image below:

You can view all the documents uploaded from all the apps in their respective app folders.

How can I view my App folders?

  1. Log in and access Documents App in your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on the “App Folders” link on the left navigation panel.

  3. Browse to the App folder that is of interest to you and the object folders within those app folders.

How can I view history of a document?

The history of a document shows who uploaded the document and when it was uploaded. Information is shown in a popup window.
