How do I Delete a Question?

Sometimes irrelevant questions will be found in your question list. You can find and remove such questions from your Answers App.

Steps to Delete a Question:

• Log in and access the Answers App from your universal navigation menu bar.

• Click on By Status and select Unanswered from the left navigation panel.

• All the unanswered questions will be found. Select the irrelevant question and click on the More Details(...) icon.

• Click on the Delete button on the overview page.

• You can view the Warning popup page, and click on the Yes button to delete.

• You can find the deleted question and answers in the Trash folder. You could Restore them back or Delete Forever as per your business requirements.
