How do I Call a Lead in Mobile CRM App?

Follow the instructions below on how to call a lead from the mobile app.

Steps to Create New Customer

  1. Log in to mobile CRM. 
  2. Click on “CRM”, it drops down a set of CRM apps such as Leads, Contacts, Customers and Opportunities.

  3. Choose “Lead” from the list. 
  4. You can view Lead App page. 
  5. Create a new lead or select an existing lead to make a call.

  6. Click on “Log Call” button. 

Similarly, you can make a call from other CRM apps.
