How do I Create Follow Up in Mobile CRM App?

You have the option of creating a follow up within the mobile app in two ways:
- Create a follow up from activities.
- Create a follow up from the specific CRM app.
Create a Follow Up from Activities
- Log in to mobile CRM.
- Click on “My Follow Ups” from “Activities” section.
- You can view all upcoming follow ups created for all apps
Create a Follow Up from a Specific CRM App
- Log in to mobile CRM.
- Click on “CRM”, it drops down a set of CRM apps such as Leads, Contacts, Customers and Opportunities.
- Choose “Customers” from the list.
- You can view Customers App page.
- Create a new customer or select an existing customer.
- Navigate to the right menu
- Click on “Follow Ups”.
Similarly, you can create follow ups in other CRM apps.
