Relationship types define how products relate to one another. Model relationship types can be created such as substitutes, up sell, and cross sell items.
Steps to create Relationship Types
- Log in and access Items App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More" icon and select the “Settings” icon located at the App Header bar.
- Click on "Items" and select “Relationship Types” from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the “Create” button to create a new relationship type.
- Provide the following information:
- Name - Name of the relationship.
- Description - Description of the relationship.
- Click on the “Create” button to complete.
