How do I Create a New Campaign?

Apptivo Campaigns enables to advance an item through email. Here, you can make campaigns for promoting your business. Campaigns App allows you to create a campaign, integrating them with various other apps like targets, contacts, leads, customers, employees and directly connecting it with a constant contact.

For instance: Consider an employee, who wants to generate a customer response eventually leading to conversion. So, a campaign can be created which can be launched to the targets. To do so, follow the steps below: 

Steps to Create a Campaign

  1. Log in and access Campaigns App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "Create" button from the left navigation panel.

  3. Provide the following information
    • *Name – Name of the campaign.
    • Start date – Start date of the campaign
    • End date – End date of the campaign.
    • Description – Description of the campaign.
    • Tags -  Select existing tag / Create new tag.
    • *Email Template - Choose the email template from the drop down
    • *From address - The address from which the campaigns sent.
    • Auto Scheduling - Slide the toggle on to auto schedule campaigns.

  4. You can create a Target List and the created campaign can be added by clicking on "Add Target List" for launching the campaign.
  5. Click on "Create" button to complete.
