How do I Create Problem Codes in the Work Orders App?

This is where you can define the codes used to describe the type of problem this work order is for. Once codes are added here, they can be selected when creating/editing a work order.

Steps to Create Problem Codes

  1. Log in and access Work Orders App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More(...)" icon and select "Settings" located in the app header bar.

  3. Select "Problem Codes" under "Work Orders" drop down found in the left navigation panel.

  4. You can view all problem codes in the dashboard:

  5. Click on “Create” button and provide:
    • Problem code – Problem code for work order.
    • Description – Description of the problem code.

  6. Click on "Create" button to complete.

  7. You can edit the created problem code, using the "Edit" icon, whenever needed.
  8. You can also  "Enable" or "Disable" problem codes in the dashboard.
